विज्ञानकु और मैं

लंबे अर्से में मैं भी विज्ञानकु लिखने पर विचार कर रहा था, लगभग तब से, जब वर्ष 2021 में लखेडा़जी (प्रसिद्ध विज्ञान लेखक सुभाष चंद्र लखेडा़) ने विज्ञानकु विधा का श्रीगणेश किया था। उनका पहला विज्ञानकु दस जनवरी 2021 को प्रकाशित हुआ। यही विज्ञानकु विधा की शुरुआत थी। लखेडा़जी जब भी विज्ञानकु लिखकर सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करते थे, मैं उन्हें जरूर पढ़ता था। साथ ही उनकी पोस्ट पर अक्सर प्रतिक्रिया भी देता है। प्रतिक्रिया की एवज में लखेडा़जी मुझसे भी विज्ञानकु लिखने और विज्ञानकु विधा के प्रसार का आग्रह करते थे। मैं स्वयं भी ऐसा चाहता था, लेकिन तमाम किंतु-परंतु के चलते ऐसा संभव न हो सका और अब लिखूंगा-तब लिखूंगा में लगभग दो वर्ष गुजर गए। इस बीच जनवरी 2023 में प्रसिद्ध विज्ञान लेखक आदराम नायक व राधा गुप्ता लखेडा़जी के निर्देशन में 'विज्ञानकु मंजूषा' नाम से 25 विज्ञानकुकारों का साझा संकलन लेकर आ चुके थे। यह विज्ञानकु पर दूसरी वृहद पुस्तक है। 

इससे पहले वर्ष 2022 में विज्ञान लेखक आदराम नायक व अल्का नायक विज्ञानकु पर प्रथम पुस्तक 'विज्ञानकु : एक हजार-नवसंचार' नाम से प्रकाशित कर चुके थे। दोनों पुस्तकों को सर्वत्र सराहना मिली। इससे मुझे भी बहुत खुशी हुई और 25 जनवरी 2023 को मैंने विज्ञानकु के सम्मान में सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ क्षणिकाएं पोस्ट कीं। हालांकि पांच-सात-पांच के फार्मेट पर न होने के कारण ये विज्ञानकु रचनाएं नहीं थी। बल्कि यह महज विज्ञान और विज्ञानकु के प्रति मेरे प्रेम की शब्दाभिव्यक्ति थी। खैर! विषय-वस्तु विज्ञानकु ही थी, इसलिए मैं इसी दिन से अपनी विज्ञानकु लिखने की शुरुआत मानता हूं। इसके बाद मैं फार्मेट पर ही अपनी विज्ञानकु रचनाएं पोस्ट करने लगा। वैसे विज्ञानकु बिरादरी को यह जरूर बताना चाहूंगा कि विज्ञान कविताएं मैं बहुत पहले से लिखता रहा हूं।

विज्ञानकु लिखना मुझे इसलिए भी भाता है कि यह बेहद सरल एवं सहज विधा है। लेकिन, सिर्फ उनके लिए जिनका दृष्टिकोण वैज्ञानिक है और वो विज्ञान विषय में रुचि लेते हैं। साथ ही ये भी मानते हैं कि व्यक्ति, समाज एवं राष्ट्र की उन्नति का आधार सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ विज्ञान ही है। विज्ञानकु रचनाएं न केवल ज्ञानवर्द्धन करती हैं, बल्कि हमें आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा भी देती हैं। सुखद यह कि विज्ञानकु को आज तमाम पत्र-पत्रिकाएं स्थान दे रही हैं। इनमें विज्ञान पत्रिकाएं प्रमुख रूप से शामिल हैं। इसी वर्ष अपने फरवरी अंक में पिट्सबर्ग (अमेरिका) से प्रकाशित द्वैभाषिक मासिक ई-पत्रिका 'सेतु' ने मेरे भी 28 विज्ञानकु को स्थान दिया है। इससे स्पष्ट है कि विज्ञानकु विधा का भविष्य उज्ज्वल है।

सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह कि विज्ञानकु का लेखन अब तमाम भारतीय भाषाओं में भी होने लगा है। इससे निश्चित रूप से आमजन तक विज्ञान की पहुंच होगी। आडंबर और अंधविश्वास के खात्मे के लिए ऐसा होना जरूरी है। विज्ञान ने हमें बताया कि अमीबा की उत्पत्ति से लेकर आदिमानव के विकसित रूप में आने तक समाज में धर्म-जाति, छोटे-बडे़, ऊंच-नीच का कोई भेद नहीं था। लेकिन, जैसे-जैसे मानव अपने वर्तमान स्वरूप में आता गया, आडंबरों से भी घिरता चला गया गया। इसकी एक वजह विज्ञान के रहस्यों तक आम आदमी की पहुंच न हो पाना भी है। अशिक्षा ने इसमें आग में घी का काम किया। इस दृष्टि से देखा जाए तो विज्ञानकु एक बहुभाषी आंदोलन है, जो मानवता को सत्यता के करीब लाने में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा। ऐसा मेरा विश्वास है। अंत में विज्ञानकुकारों से मेरा एक विशेष आग्रह है कि क्यों न हम हर वर्ष 10 जनवरी को विज्ञानकु दिवस के रूप में मनाएं। मैंने तो इस दिशा में प्रयास शुरू कर दिया है।

Vigyanku and me

For a long time, I was also thinking of writing Vigyanku, almost since the year 2021 when Lakheraji (famous science writer Subhash Chandra Lakhera) started the Vigyanku genre.  His first Vigyanku was published on January 10, 2021.  This was the beginning of Vigyanku mode.  Whenever Lakheraji used to write Vigyanku and post it on social media, I used to definitely read it.  Also often reacts to his posts.  In lieu of feedback, Lakheraji used to urge me to write Vigyanku and spread the Vigyanku genre.  I myself wanted to do the same, but due to all the ifs and buts, it could not happen and almost two years have passed since I will write now and then.  Meanwhile, in January 2023, under the direction of famous science writers Adram Nayak and Radha Gupta Lakheraji, had brought a joint compilation of 25 Vigyankukars named 'Vigyanku Manjusha'.  This is the second comprehensive book on Vigyanku.

Earlier in the year 2022, science writers Adaram Nayak and Alka Nayak had published the first book on Vigyanku named 'Vigyanku: Ek Hazar-Navsanchar'.  Both the books were widely appreciated.  This also made me very happy and on 25 January 2023 I posted some moments on social media in honor of Vigyanku.  However, due to not being on the format of five-seven-five, these were not scientific compositions.  Rather, it was merely an expression of my love for science and science.  So!  The subject matter was Vigyanku only, so I consider the beginning of writing my Vigyanku from this day itself.  After this, I started posting my scientific works on the format itself.  By the way, I would like to tell the scientific community that I have been writing science poems since a long time.

I also like writing Vigyanku because it is a very simple and easy method.  But, only for those who have a scientific outlook and take interest in science.  Along with this, they also believe that the basis of progress of individual, society and nation is only and only science.  Scientific creations not only enhance knowledge, but also inspire us to move forward.  It is pleasant that today all the newspapers and magazines are giving space to Vigyanku.  Science journals are mainly included in these.  This year, in its February issue, the bilingual monthly e-magazine 'Setu' published from Pittsburgh (USA) has given place to 28 of my scientists.  It is clear from this that the future of Vigyanku Vidya is bright.

The most important thing is that Vigyanku's writing is now being done in all Indian languages ​​as well.  This will definitely make science accessible to the common man.  It is necessary for this to end ostentation and superstition.  Science told us that from the origin of Amoeba till the evolution of primitive man, there was no difference between religion-caste, small-big, high-low in the society.  But, as the human being came into its present form, it also got surrounded by the ostentatiousness.  One reason for this is the lack of access to the secrets of science by the common man.  Illiteracy added fuel to the fire.  From this point of view, Vigyanku is a multilingual movement, which will play an important role in bringing humanity closer to truth.  It is my belief.  In the end, I have a special request to the Vigyankukars that why don't we celebrate 10th January every year as Vigyanku Divas.  I have started efforts in this direction.
